To download your free copy of MCharmVerb, you will need to download the latest MAudioPlugins installer from MeldaProduction’s website. You also get input and output volume meters, a global randomize button, and helpful tooltips for each control parameter. Located at the bottom of the interface, the Designer section will let you store custom presets or fully randomize the control parameters to come up with new reverb sounds. Much like the rest of MeldaProduction’s product range, the MCharmVerb features a fully resizable user interface with a wide selection of built-in skins and some useful workflow enhancements. The damping modules can be bypassed to preserve CPU resources. Also included is a pair of filters (high-pass and low-pass), along with the Damp Low and Damp High tone controls. MCharmVerb offers the standard Reverb Size, Length, and Pre-Delay controls, along with a Dry/Wet knob, a Gain control, and the Widening slider for adjusting the stereo width. MeldaProduction’s latest freeware offering seems to fit the bill in that regard. I like a reverb plugin that sounds good right out of the box and allows me to adjust its size and tone with just a few mouse clicks. This is great news for the users (such as myself) who prefer using streamlined and less complicated plugins. The plugin is based on the complex MTurboReverb engine but it features a much smaller set of control parameters.
